We direct you to cause to be set up in one of their Majesties' Yards, and furnished as soon as may be, such a double banked Boat for Matthew Aylmer, Vice Admiral of the Blue Squadron, and Captain of the ROYAL SOVERAIGNE, as was built last Summer for the Earl of Danby, and furnished with all things necessary for her.
