In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the ST MICHAEL and HARWICH at Chatham, and the KENT, NORTHUMBERLAND, MONMOUTH and one of the 2nd Rates at Portsmouth, which were lately put into a condition to receive their men, to be fitted out for service in the Channel, to be manned to their highest complement and furnished with 4 months victuals.
