In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
According to their Lordships orders of 29 [March] I have received 160 soldiers on board and have but one day's provisions left. I have sent my warrant officers for stores wanting and they have returned without any. I have written to the Navy Board for provisions. Signed John Venner, commander of the SWEEPSTAKES.
