Redirecting the petition of Anne Pugh, widow, to the Navy Board and requesting their opinion on what allowance should be made. On the reverse is the petition of Anne Pugh, widow, in which she states that her husband was the commander of the NEW NORWICH in the West Indies when he was lost in a hurricane before receiving any wages for that voyage. She is left with children for whom she unable to provide and requests that her husband's wages be paid urgently.
