Mr Russell having sent your letter of 25 June to the Treasury, wherein you ask him to solicit payment of £600 to settle a bill of exchange drawn by Captain Killigrew upon you for brimston for the use of the Navy. Their Lordships expect the said bill to be paid out of the money allotted for the service of the Navy.
