A letter (possibly an office copy) to Admiral Sir J. Colpoys, Commander in Chief Plymouth, from Lieutenant Richard Williams commanding HM Gun Brig FEARLESS, 11 December 1803.
Explains how the FEARLESS got into dire difficulties on rocks at Looe but was saved by Lt. Bremer and his men of the Sea Fencibles. In the letter, Williams asks how they might be rewarded.
