In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

When any of the Marine Soldiers of the two Marine Regiments are mustered by the Clerks of the Cheque of any of their Majesties' Yards and sent to your Board by them, or brought there, we direct you to cause the usual allowance of subsistence money to be made to them while they are on shore.
We have thought fit to to send a Master Shipwright to the Fleet under the command of Admiral Russell and direct you to recommend to us a fitting person or persons to go there accordingly.
