1. The Commander of the WINCHESTER has been ordered to discharge Mr Joell, Surgeon's Mate. Application is to be made to the Surgeons' Hall for a replacement for him.
2. Enquiring whether the SAPPHIRE has received the new main mast, anchors and cables that were ordered to be supplied to her in September last. Captain Bokenham has written expressing his concern at the weakness of her existing mast.
