In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Should Matthew Aylmer, Vice Admiral of the Blue Squadron, David Mitchell, Rear Admiral of the Red Squadron, or John Neville, Rear Admiral of the Mediterranean Squadron, request any pay due to them while they are abroad, appropriate bills are to be signed on the Treasurer of the Navy and are to cover the period from the date of appointment to the post up to Michaelmas past.
