1. Captain Wishart, Commander-in-Chief of ships in the Thames and Medway, has been ordered to turn over 30 men from the SWIFTSURE, at the Nore, into the DOVER, in the Downs. The men are to be paid their wages from the ships they are leaving.
2. Payment of recalls of ships having reportedly been stopped, a report is wanted as to why this has happened.
