Your letter of the 7th inst; concerns their Majesties' Bounty being claimed by the Widow of John Hall, late Midshipman in the STERLING CASTLE and killed on that Ship in a fight against a Danish Man of War.
We opine that his Widow and Children are by Establishment entitled to this Bounty.
