We direct you to give orders for a supply of Provisions to complete each of their victualling to six months of proper specie on arrival at Spithead for their highest Complement of Men, together with fitting Stores. If they are delayed coming to Spithead, or make any stay there, take care that these are put on board without any loss of time.
