Henry Morgan, Boatswain of His Majesty's yard at Chatham, is to be appointed Master Attendant at Sheerness in place of Captain Potter, superannuated. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such salary allowances, privileges and immunities belonging thereto until further order. His warrant is to be dated 25 January 1695.
