In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The three Ketches which are to attend the Bomb Vessels going to the Straits have loaded live shells and their Masters judge that it will not be safe for them to receive troops as directed. Orders have been given for the soldiers to be put aboard the GREENWICH, PEMBROKE and MONCK together with the provisions necessary for their passage to the Mediterranean.
