In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The LONDON MERCHANT Hospital ship at Portsmouth is to be docked at for refitting as soon as the dock at Portsmouth becomes available; and ordering that if the provisions for soldiers going to the Straits cannot be taken aboard the MONCK, PEMBROKE, GREENWICH or the Hired ship bound for the Straits, immediate arrangements are to be made to hire other Transports to perform that task.
