Kaags becalmed in a harbour

In this atmospheric drawing vessels are shown on a calm river landscape - two kaags lie becalmed off an inlet with another on the right sailing in a light air. There is a village with a round tower in the distance
In the lower right hand corner is the collector’s mark of William Mayor (d. 1874) a London dealer in drawings. The drawing is unsigned.
