Helen Denny (1866)

A whole plate negative. a distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Helen Denny (1866) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails on the fore and main and a single topsail on the mizzen, single topgallants and single royals. She has a windsail ventilator rigged amidships. A two masted Dutch sailing coaster is in the foreground and Tilbury Fort is in the background.
