Jessie Readman (1869)

A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Jessie Readman (1869) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a black hull and is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants and royals. She has an awning rigged over the poop. The Coast Guard Watch Vessel CGWV 28 (1847) is on shore on the left and Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the right background.
