Macquarie (1875)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged general cargo sailing vessel Macquarie (1875) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has painted ports and is rigged with double topsails and topgallants and single royals. The passenger ferry Carlotta (1893) is dried out on the Tilbury shore in the background.
