Giralda (1897)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the general cargo spritsail rigged barge Giralda (1897) under sail during the 1899 Thames Barge Match. She has flag number 3 on her forestay. vessels in the background include a gaff cutter, a cargo ship, a steam yacht and another spritsail barge. The Giralda (1897) won the Champion Topsail class in a time of 5 hours 23 minutes and 20 seconds.
