Title 'No.5 Composite ship under special survey' is written across top. Cutty Sark was the fifth vessel built by Scott & Linton and the vessel is referred to as ‘No. 5’. 'Scott & Linton Shipbuilders Dumbarton' stencilled inside lower hold section of plan.
