Scanderia (1866)
A whole plate negative. A starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the cable ship Scanderia (1866) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a 3 masted rig with two yards on the foremast. Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the right background and the Coast Guard Watch Vessel CGWV 28 (1847) is on shore in the left background.
