Rothesay (1957)

A whole plate negative. On board the Royal Navy frigate Rothesay (1957) in the fitting out berth of Yarrow & Co Ltd at Scotstoun, Glasgow. In the CPO's mess on the starboard side of 2 deck forward. The photographer is looking aft and slightly to port from the forward bulkhead. The mess cleaning gear cupboard is in the foreground with pairs of kit lockers numbered 7 to 12 next to it. A table, chairs and clock are on the aft bulkhead, on the other side of which is the gun bay. The clock is reading 4.30.
