Rothesay (1957)
A whole plate negative. On board the Royal Navy frigate Rothesay (1957) in the fitting out berth of Yarrow & Co Ltd at Scotstoun, Glasgow. In the wardroom on the starboard side of 2 deck between the Bridge Wireless Office and the Galley. The photographer is looking forward and to port from the starboard aft corner. The furnishings include two long tables, one with an extension, 15 chairs, three easy chairs, a large settee, an hexagonal table, a writing buro, a sideboard and a bookcase. Warming trays are on the sideboard unit next to the closed serving hatch. A cupboard is next to one of the fans on the forward bulkhead.
