A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. In the passageway on 2 deck between stations 31 and 38 looking aft from 32 station. On the left is the door to the main communications office. Various control and fuse panels and an emergency connection bos are of the starboard bulkhead. At 39 station are the stairs up to 1 deck and the watertight hatch donw to 3 deck. On the right is a transformer with the door to the weapons electrical office next to it and a tannoy is near the deckhead. In the deck in the foreground is an emergency scuttle. The photograph was taken prior to 9 May 1972. A vertical format negative.
