A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the enclosed bridge between 40½ and 43½ stations on 01 deck. The photographer is looking to starboard from the port side aft bulkhead. The navigation radar visual display unit is on the left with a curtain draped on it. A ventilation trunking is in the right foreground with a table next to it. Fixed to the table is a communications microphone. A plan of the ship's aerials amidships is on the side screen of the lobby door and an aerial hazard board is above it. Included in the hazard board are rows for ammunition ship, dress ship and hands to bathe. A vertical format negative.
