On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the transmitting station annexe between 28¼ and 31 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking to port from 28½ station near the door showing fuse panels for sections A, E, G and K on the right. An oscillator, wavemeter, starter panel, a control unit and an amplifier and power unit are against the port bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
