On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the transmitting station annexe between 28¼ and 31 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft and to starboard from the centreline of the annexe at 30 station showing the gyro rate unit stabilizer. A wooden bench is on the left and the stabilized frequency power supply unit Mk. 3 SF is above a wooden cupboard on the right. A vertical format negative.
