On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the C.P.Os and P.Os dining hall between 52¼ and 56½ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking forward and to port showing three tables set athwartships with six chairs at each table. An air conditioning unit, an electric fire and a clock reading 3.40 are against the forward bulkhead.
