On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the electronics maintenance room between 39 and 42 stations on the centreline of 1 deck looking aft and slightly to port from the starboard forward corner. A workbench with drawers under, a key cabinet, a radar gunnery and tactical communications junction box, power points, a shelf over and a visual display unit are against the aft bulkhead. A four drawer filing cabinet in a steel frame and a telephone are on the right. A Thermotank air conditioning unit is on the left and another is against the port bulkhead. This negative is almost identical to negative number N65723.
