On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the engineer's and ordnance workshop between 46¾ and 49 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking to starboard from the doorway showing a workbench equipped with three vices, two of which are a Fortis F6 and a Fortis 10. Three fuse panels are beyond the workbench. An Universal machine tool comprising lathes, grinders, drill and miller is in the centre with four steel cupboards against the aft bulkhead.
