On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the power room between 55½ and 58 stations on the centreline of 1 deck looking forward and to port showing the door in the forward bulkhead with a foam fire extinguisher, three junction boxes and an audio protection unit against the forward bulkhead. A rectifier set is against the port bulkhead.
