On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the engineer's and electrical office between 47 and 49 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking to port and slightly forward from the doorway showing two stools, a large wooden bench with a keyboard and noticeboard at the back of it and two sliding door cupboards above it. A clock is at high level in the port forward corner and a four drawer filing cabinet is on the left. The scuttle cover is clipped open. A vertical format negative.
