On board the guided missile destroyer HMS Kent (1961) alongside the Harland & Wolff Ltd fitting out berth in the Musgrave Channel, Belfast. The photographer is in the electronic warfare office looking to starboard from the port side showing the positions for five operators against the forward bulkhead but no chairs are yet in place. A pulse sychronizing unit is in the right foreground and a composite communications unit case is on top of a cupboard against the aft bulkhead.
