The photographer is in the commanding officer's cabin between 27½ and 30½ stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking aft and to port showing a table and an armchair in the foreground. A deskm chair, bookshelf, telephone and microphone are against the aft bulkhead to the left of the cabin door. In the curtained lobby are a wash basin stand and cupboard with a toiletries cabinet and shelf above and the door to the W.C. and shower to the right. The settee berth is on the right with an air circulating fan above it.
