On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971. The photographer is in the main (No. 1) naval store between 8 and 13 stations on 3 deck looking to port from 12 station on the centreline showing rack containing nests of drawers with shelves above. The shelves against the aft bulkhead have wire mesh fronts. Rack C is open shelving against the ship's side. A vertical format negative.
