The photographer is looking forward and to port from the quayside showing the stern, quarterdeck, hangar and GWS 20 Seacat launcher deck. Her pendant number is F115. The frigate Phoebe (1964) is alongside the north wall of the basin while undergoing a refit and maintenance period.
