Sheerness
Print from Moses' 'Sketches of Shipping', entitled 'Sheerness'. Signed dated and inscribed by the artist. If the industrial buildings on the left are a correct indication, Sheerness Dockyard may lie in that direction, making this a view across and broadly up the Medway from the Isle of Grain towards Blackstakes, with much Naval shipping including vessels laid up in ordinary (reserve).
