The photographer is in the passageway between 32 and 41 stations on the 2 deck looking forward and to port from 38 station showing the door to the electronics maintenance room on the left. The cupboards, shelves and fire locker of No. 1 damage control position are against the port bulkhead. The hand winch above the hull outfit 18 (type 177 asdic) access trunk is on the right. The watertight door at 32 station is closed.
