The photographer is in the junior rate's mess between 50 and 56 stations on 3 deck looking forward on the starboard side showing three triple tier bunk units against the ship's side with another two triple tier bunk units and a mess locker facing them. A mirror and a litter bin are fixed to the side of the mess locker. On the left are stacks of kit lockers with triple tier bunk units beyond them.
