On board the type 81 general purpose frigate HMS Nubian (1960) alongside the South Arm in Rosyth Dockyard prior to 25 March 1973. The photographer is in the commanding officer's pantry between 46½ and 47¾ stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking forward from the lobby door showing a sink unit and refrigerator with cupboards above against the port bulkhead. A stainless steel dresser with cups, saucers, milk jug and sugar bowl on top is against the starboard bulkhead and above it are a wine glass rack, a paper towel dispenser and a two slice electric toaster.
