On board the United States Navy guided missile destroyer Claude V Ricketts (1960) while under way in mid Atlantic. Two of the crew in working rig and wearing lifejackets are on deck receiving a mail delivery lowered from the Kaman UH-2A Seasprite (BuNo 149015) assigned to Helicopter Utility Squadron 2 (HU-2) Det.60 "Fleet Angels" as it hovers above the ship. Hu-2 Det.60 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 3 (CVW-3) aboard the Saratoga (1955) for a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea from 28 November 1964 to 12 July 1965. The helicopter has been named 'Porky' and is coded 04. One of the men on deck is using flags to signal to the helicopter. The crew of the Ricketts consisted of 10 officers and 164 crew from the US Navy with the rest of the complement being from West Germany, Italy, Greece, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Turkey as a mixed manning experiment.
