On board the Royal Navy type 15 frigate Ursa (1943) of the 8th Frigate Squadron (West Indies) while under way in the waters off Barbados during an exercise involving both the 7th and 8th Frigate Squadrons. The photographer is on the port side of 01 deck at 47 station looking forward and to port while overhauling the Royal Navy Type 41 frigate Lynx (1955) of the 7th Frigate Squadron (South Atlantic).
