On board the Royal Navy commando carrier Bulwark (1948) during the assault phase of exercise Bersatu Padu on the east coast of Malaysia near Penarek, Terengganu. The photographer is on the flight deck looking aft from just ahead of the after lift showing the flight deck crew preparing a jeep, registered 34FG15, and two 105mm pack howitzers for lifting by Westland Wessex HU.5 helicopters of 847 and 848 Naval Air Squadrons. One of the HU.5 helicopters, coded G/B, is approaching the stern.
