A port bow view of the Royal Navy Ton class patrol vessel Yarnton (1956) berthed alongside the south wall in the basin of the Royal Navy Dockyard HMS Tamar on the north coast of Hong Kong Island. Her pendant number is P1096 and she is the leader of the 6th Patrol Craft Squadron. Astern of her and seen from off her starboard quarter is the Ton class patrol vessel Wasperton (1956). She is the half-leader of the 6th Patrol Craft Squadron and her pendant number is P1089. The photographer is on the bridge of another Ton class patrol vessel as it manoeuvres in the basin. A vertical format negative.
