The photographer is on the starboard aft end of the flight deck looking forward and to starboard with the LCVP davits in the foreground and a line of Land Rovers is parked on deck abaft the island. The Resurgent, pendant A280, is close alongside, seen from off her port quarter, and a pallet of stores is being transferred by jackstay. Her aft end is out of the picture.
