The Royal Navy guided missile destroyers Fife (1964), Kent (1961) and Devonshire (1960) and the commando carrier Bulwark (1948) off the Firth of Forth during exercise Sally Forth.
On board the Royal Navy guided missile destroyer Bristol (1969) during exercise Sally Forth in the North Sea off the Firth of Forth. The photographer is looking aft from the port side near the Sea Dart launcher showing film crews and photographers on the quarterdeck watching the guided missile destroyers Fife (1964), Kent (1961) and Devonshire (1960) in line astern of the Bristol (1969). The Kent is almost completely hidden by the Fife. The commando carrier Bulwark (1948) is off to starboard of the line and she has eight Westland Wessex HU.5 helicopters spotted on the port side of the deck with one in the starboard forward deck park.
