A young boy single-handedly rowing a faering on Isfjord at Aandalsnes, Norway. The faering is a clinker built open boat with two pairs of oars, pointed at both ends with no transom and no rudder. A motor launch is at moorings beyond the faering and a boatshed is on the right. The photographer is looking east up Isfjord.
