Maze (1 of 4)
One of a set of 4 drawings by an anonymous asylum seeker working with the New Art Studio. Called Mazes, the drawings are reflections on the sense of being trapped within the UK's obfuscatory and frequently changing asylum process. Navigating the asylum seeking system can often feel circular and maze like. It can be claustrophobic and seemingly futile. The set of drawings highlight the frustrations of being caught within the bureaucracy of asylum living.
