In the left foreground is the Alexandra Hotel, the hotel tea garden and its pier. On the right is a large building with "Hofseth & Co A/S Kolonial - Kraftfor Kunstgjodsel en Gross Kull. Koks. Ved. M.M." painted on its flank wall. The neo-Gothic long church is in the centre background.
